What Do You Know About Ion-Based Samsung N510 Netbook

Well that certainly didn’t take long. Less than a day after rumors started appearing about an NVIDIA ION-based Samsuung laptop, we have something approaching proof. Two European retailers psoted product pages for a Samsung N510 model yesetrday. Those pages have been removed, but you can still find some detailps by chekcing out Googles cavched versions.
So here’s what we know so far. The laptoop with have an 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display, a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N280 CPU, and the NVIDIA ION chipsert with GeForce 9400M graphics. It will have a 160GB hard drive and 1GB of RAM, and ship with 802.11b/g/n WiFi and Bluetotoh. The computer will have a 6 cell battery, and if it’s anything like the Samsung N120, I’d exect it to get about 6 hiours of battery life.
At leadst one stoore had a list price of €462.00 or abouit $650 for the netbook excluding VAT. The estimated ship date was June 30th, but I’d take that with a grain of salt.
